In this session, our massage therapists will melt your stress away with the touch of their hands.  Your personalized therapist will use many different techniques on your body to enhance stress relief.  We offer deep tissue massage, Swedish massage and Hot Stone massage.

Our Spa Massage offers a massage of your choice (Deep Tissue, Swedish or Hot Stone) along with a facial of your choice ( Dead Sea, Relax & Purify, Ginseng Spirulina or Lavender & Rosemary).  Also you will receive a foot mask treatment to rejuvinate your feet.  You can replace the foot mask with Sedona Mud foot mask, directly from the spiritual Sedona Arizona, for an additional $25.  Please allow 90 minutes for this service.

Along with the above massages, we also offer Zen Shiatsu and Reflexology.

Zen Shiatsu is a practice with a long and well respected tradition.  Meaning finger pressure, Shiatsu is a highly sophisticated form of therapy which uses the fingers, thumbs, elbows to stimulate your body.  In this highly refined session, your certified Shiatsu therapist will stimulate particular points on your energy channels in order to affect your body's natural healing energy.

Reflexology is a complementary, biological integrative health science through which an exercise pressure is applied to the feel and hands which is formed by 7,200 nerve endings.  This pressure will encourage the body to relax, improve nerve and blood supply and persuade the body to biologically correct itself.  Reflexology may strengthen and reinforce all systems in the body, stop further deterioration and continue to keep the body in balance.  Your highly trained personal reflexologist has over 15  years of experience.

Spa Reflexology session starts with an exfoliating foot scrub, specially formulated to remove dry and flaking skin effectively and soften and conditions the skin.  You will then receive a full reflexology session as described above.  After your reflexology session, we will finish off your feet with a foot mask to rejuvinate yourself.  You can replace the foot mask with Sedona Mud foot mask, directly from the spiritual Sedona Arizona, for an additional $25.  Please allow 90 minutes for this service.
